This Privacy Policy explains how ATEON Labs Private Limited (“ATEON”, “we”) processes personal data of users of our websites, products and services, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data we process as a Data Fiduciary when you use our services, visit our sites, or interact with us. It does not apply to third-party services we do not control.
2. Data we collect
- Identifiers — name, email, phone.
- Account and profile data.
- Usage, device and log data.
- Payment and billing data, processed via payment providers.
- Communications and support data.
- Any data you submit through our products.
3. How we use data
To provide and improve services; authenticate and secure accounts; process payments; provide support; comply with law; and, with consent, send marketing. Processing is based on your consent or other lawful grounds under the DPDP Act, 2023.

We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics and preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Sharing & disclosure
We share data with service providers and processors under contract, with authorities where legally required, and in a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal data.
6. Data transfers
Where data is transferred outside India, we implement safeguards consistent with applicable law and government notifications under the DPDP Act, 2023.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — encryption, access controls and monitoring — to protect data, and will notify the Data Protection Board and affected individuals of a personal data breach as required.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
Subject to the DPDP Act, 2023 you may access, correct, update and erase your data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and seek grievance redressal. To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer at hello@ateonlabs.com.
10. Children's data
We do not knowingly process children's data without verifiable parental consent as required by law.
