The agreement governing use of ATEON Labs products, applications, APIs and services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, APIs and services (the “Services”) of ATEON Labs Private Limited (“ATEON”, “we”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be capable of contracting under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account, and must provide accurate information.
2. Licence & acceptable use
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services. You shall not misuse the Services, reverse-engineer, scrape, breach security, infringe intellectual property, or use them unlawfully or to transmit harmful content.
3. Subscriptions, fees & taxes
Paid plans are billed per the applicable order or plan. Fees are exclusive of taxes (GST) unless stated, and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.
4. Intellectual property
The Services and all associated intellectual property are owned by ATEON or its licensors. You retain rights to your content and grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the Services.
5. User content & data
You are responsible for your content and its legality. We process personal data per our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023.
6. Third-party services
The Services may integrate third-party services governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
7. Service availability & changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATEON's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Indemnity
You shall indemnify ATEON against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach. You may stop using the Services at any time. Accrued rights and payment obligations survive.
12. Governing law & disputes
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to arbitration at Bangalore, Karnataka and the jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.

14. Changes to terms
